Position: DIAAME/6665/Des. - Associate Executive
DIAAME Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. has an immediate requirement for a Consulting,
Training & Business Development Executive. The selected candidate would be able to coordinate
Training/Coaching/Consulting & Business Development activities not only for internal but also for
our customers and contractors based on the need. We look for a self-starting professional who can
jump in with both feet and take over the assigned services. We do consulting on e-Governance, Agile
& Lean Principles, Release Management, Delivery Management, Program Management & Project
Management.
Job Description
✓ Create Training/Consulting/Coaching schedules that includes all areas of Information
Technology & Management Services
✓ Build rapport with internal & external stakeholders and encourage them to develop their
trust in the organization to develop new business
✓ Identify & Onboard new hires and train them in our policies and procedures
✓ Organize Trainings/Consulting/Coaching sessions with customers in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more days
based on the need
✓ Research and evaluate Training/Consulting/Coaching programs to automate the
administrative functions across the organizations
✓ Come up with Customized Training programs suitable to the Customer needs & Current
Industry Trends
✓ Order Training/Consulting/Coaching supplies and support preparation (Create & Update) of
training materials to enhance various programs in different locations
✓ Must be willing to Travel (Domestic & International) different locations based on the
respective need of the services offered by the organization
✓ Reach out to the Organizations Key Point of Contacts in the respective areas of services
offered by DIAAME to develop the existing business & create new business
Qualifications
✓ MBA (HR/Marketing), MCA, B Tech/MTech/Any Relevant Bachelors/Masters) degree
preferred
✓ As this is an Entry Level Post, the candidate is expected to have 1 to 2 years of relevant
experience in similar Industry
✓ Familiarity with Industry Best Practices and Standards
✓ Ability to translate complex problems and concepts in the assigned services
✓ Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Mentoring & Negotiation Skills
✓ Self-Motivation & Strong Passion is required in the assigned Roles & Responsibilities
